Just found out New Google Crisis Response Map, very useful can see the satellite photos:

How to use: check the box of  Bangkok risk areas and water barriers
you see that the Red Zone are High Risk
Yellow Zone is Medium Risk

For the Highway check the box of Flooded Highways Map
some from 25cm, 80cm of water. 80 ซม. = 80 cm
